Victor Ntamugabumwe is an Associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Practice. His practice centres on complex commercial disputes before the courts of judicature, specialized tribunals and arbitral tribunals.

Victor has regularly represented institutional and multinational clients in commercial litigation; international arbitration under the ICDR, UNCITRAL and ad hoc frameworks; insurance disputes before the Insurance Appeals Tribunal; and tax litigation before the Tax Appeals Tribunal. He also advises clients on energy project documentation, capital markets regulation and employment law.
